We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Fleet Registration Officer to manage the vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance processes for our company fleet across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have practical experience handling vehicle registrations in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, coordinating vehicle insurance, and working with the relevant government portals and systems used for fleet administration.

  1. Manage the complete vehicle registration lifecycle including new registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, and deregistration.

  2. Coordinate vehicle inspections and testing through approved testing centers such as Tasjeel and other authorized facilities.

  3. Monitor and ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations and insurance policies.

  4. Manage vehicle insurance processes, including: Coordinating policy issuance and renewals and Ensuring valid insurance coverage prior to registration

  5. Track and manage traffic fines, violations, and black points associated with company vehicles.

  6. Process fine payments and vehicle services through government portals.

  7. Maintain accurate records of all vehicle documentation, including registration cards, insurance policies, inspection reports, and permits.

  8. Liaise with relevant government authorities including RTA Dubai, Abu Dhabi Police, and Sharjah Police.

  9. Ensure company fleet operations remain compliant with UAE traffic regulations and licensing requirements.
