Job Title: Floor Manager

Reports To: Plant Manager/Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Floor Manager oversees the day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves managing production teams, maintaining product quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including machine operators and technicians.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet production targets.
• Ensure that all production activities adhere to quality standards and company procedures.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols on the production floor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Liaise with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve production issues.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
