- Provide technical support to the property on all Facilities Systems.

- Creating maintenance plans and schedules , preventive maintenance & Preparing reports and documentation.

- Plan, coordinate and supervise our staff and specialist service contractors on the building services.

- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs.

- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.

- All work is to be performed as per HSE regulations, municipality and Building codes.
