- Provide technical support to the property on all Facilities Systems.- Creating maintenance plans and schedules , preventive maintenance & Preparing reports and documentation.- Plan, coordinate and supervise our staff and specialist service contractors on the building services.- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs.- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.- All work is to be performed as per HSE regulations, municipality and Building codes.

Oversee and manage the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues to maintain project quality and standards.Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.Lead system testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure operational excellence.
