Experience
· With strong marketing experience in Aviation industry and ability to promote the company in different aviation segment
· Ability to build solid relationship to Clients and Business partners in Aviation industry to support Fuel Department
· Plan, evaluate, negotiate, and prepare contracts, ad-hoc or tender proposals and recommendations to the Management
· Prepare clients performance reports demographically, evaluate the variations and implements strategy to meet the required target
· Analyze the strategic airport location and market to potential clients
· Keen attention to industry needs and evaluate market conditions / trends and recommends margin adjustment if necessary
· Develop sales plan, appraise, consumer behavior and maintaining business momentum to tackle competition
· Maintain and manage client’s database, exposure and update the Management
· Represent and promote company’s interest and services to potential Clients in market presence and expand exposure
· Monitor customers’ feedback or complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
· Monitor customer’s exposure to credit policy, limits, terms and conditions.
· Ability to support and give solution in case of any commercial dispute with Clients or Business partners
