  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and databases.
  • Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis or as required by management.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the organization's financial performance. Identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing financial information and insights. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors as necessary.
  • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense reimbursements. Verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize financial software and systems effectively to record transactions, generate reports, and perform analyses. Recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and management teams, to gather financial information, provide analysis, and support decision-making processes. Communicate financial results and insights effectively.
