To provide administrative and clerical support as required, for the assigned contracts/department including composing and editing correspondence as directed and to carry out the administrative routine works
Monitoring & reporting daily staff attendances records. Update reporting Manager with staff absents, sick & late reporting on or before 09:00 hrs. of each day.
Preparation of SRF & ITF and submission for approvals
Overall responsibility of staff appraisal process in every year for the assigned contracts/department as required
Production of the periodic progress reports as required by the Contract Manager / Operations Manager
Prepare annual leave schedules for all the departments and monitor staff leave utilization against the schedule.
Total staff leave administration of assigned contracts/department that includes annual, local, medical, emergency, absent etc.
Maintain vehicle inventory for assigned contracts/department
Total Administration of overtime recording & approval system
Liaison & Administration of staff recruitment, induction, training, disciplinary, termination, official travel process etc.
Issuance of uniforms, tools, stationary, grocery items, Telephones, IT related items, office equipment, furniture for the assigned contracts/department etc.
Maintain tools and equipment inventory for all departments and individual staff tools as applicable
Preparation of monthly staff cost center allocation reports as required
Liaise with HR, Finance, and HSEQ related activities
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers as required
Carryout any other related jobs assigned time to time by reporting Manager
