Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock.

Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including florists and sales associates.
Developing and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching.
Customer Service:
Ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or the floral industry.
