materials, hardware, and wood products sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales
growth and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase
revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and drive

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry
