· Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication.
· Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Monitor the equipment list for calibration and Maintenance requirements.
· Coordinate with Other departments for the site-specific requirements. If any.
· Apply & obtain the necessary NOCs and permits for the Geotechnical works.
· Coordinate with authorities for the site inspection as required.
· Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
· Support Sr. Geotechnical engineer / Unit Heads / managers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
· Track project progress, update schedules, and prepare status reports for management and clients.
· Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
· Assist in the coordination of field investigations, including soil sampling and testing.
· Manage site logistics and ensure that safety protocols are followed during on-site activities.
· Monitor project site progress and provide feedback to Sr. Geotechnical engineer / Unit Heads / managers regarding any issues or delays and site completion.
