Our newest opportunity is for a talented [ Position Title ] to join our allied practice, [ InSite, CQS, FM+A] based in [ City, Country]. This position is responsible for [ One Sentence Summary ] .

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Assisting with reports, proposals, templates and other secretarial assistance.
- Assisting with drawings, illustrations and diagrams for reports and proposals.
- Responsible for all the graphics created for the divisional proposals and presentations.
- Creating covers, tabs and content refinement for proposals.
- Responsibility for proof reading to ensure that there are no grammatical errors.
- Providing administrative support to the division.
- Producing PowerPoint presentations in support of the divisions requirements.

Qualifications

- To be successful in this role we envision that you will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.

Please note that this role is open to UAE Nationals and can be based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, according to the candidate's preference.
