Proven ability to manage complex relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors and maintain positive relationships. Ability to prepare project budgets. Knowledge of both main-contract and subcontract preparation, documentation, management and administration; experience in contract negotiation. Knowledge of programs and resource planning.
