Our newest opportunity is for a talented ESG Project Manager to join our award-winning team based in our project in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE .

You will oversee ESG projects, managing their execution and coordinating with both our ESG team and clients.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Managing the execution of ESG projects, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives and expectations.
- Collaborating with the ESG team in the development and creation of high quality ESG solutions.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure delivery within scope, timeframe, and budget.
- Overseeing proposal development for ESG projects, ensuring they are comprehensive, persuasive, and aligned with client needs.
- Reporting regularly to upper management, providing updates on project status, key milestones, and any potential risks.
- Supporting the team's growth by mentoring junior members, helping them develop new skills in ESG topics.

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 4 years of experience in consulting and project management with atleast 1 year exposure to ESG or Sustainability projects partnered with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or Sustainability or Business Management or related field. You will have working knowledge of sustainability, environmental management, social responsibility and Social & Environmental Impact Assessment.

The following areas of strength will be seen in the successful candidate:

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of proposal development, risk assessment and budgeting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ESG concepts clearly.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to inspire and coordinate team members.
- Extensive experience working across a range of industries, experience in infrastructure and urban planning projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in Project Management Software.
