We are looking for Hardscape Manager

1. Project Management:

o Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for hardscaping projects.

o Coordinate with landscape architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

2. Team Leadership:

o Supervise and mentor hardscape crew members, delegating tasks effectively.

o Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are skilled in installation techniques and safety protocols.

3. Quality Assurance:

o Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

o Address any issues or discrepancies promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.

4. Client Interaction:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding hardscape projects.

o Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the final results.

5. Material Management:

o Source and select appropriate materials for projects, negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

o Manage inventory and ensure the availability of materials on-site.

6. Safety Compliance:

o Enforce safety regulations and best practices on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.

o Conduct regular safety meetings and audits to promote a safe working environment.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenditures, and resource allocation.

o Prepare reports for upper management detailing project status, challenges, and outcomes.
