· This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Buying at LIFE Pharmacy in Dubai.

· The Head of Buying will be responsible for managing the category management and retail buying processes, sales performance, and strategic planning of the business.

· The Head of Buying will also be responsible for leading and managing the buying team, as well as collaborating with other departments such as marketing, merchandising, and operations to drive business growth and product development.

· Develop and execute buying strategies to meet sales and profit targets.

· Identify and source products that align with the company's brand and target market.

· Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.

· Analyze market trends and consumer demand to make informed buying decisions.

· Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.

· Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocations across stores.

· Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to create effective product assortments and promotional campaigns.

· Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

· Lead a team of buyers and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.

· Drive continuous improvement in buying processes and systems.
