We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing that will be directly reporting to the Chief Marketing & Partnerships Offer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all paid, owned, and earned media. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Partnership team and collaborate with Data, Product and Tech team on various projects to enhance the performance of digital strategies and grow our digital presence. We are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for Digital Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, a love for problem-solving, hands-on work, experimentation, measurement, and leveraging automation for enhanced efficiency in daily operations.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a 360-degree digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the app.
• Manage the digital paid media budget and activate performance marketing campaigns across all channels, including Meta, UAC, Apple Search, and other programmatic channels.
• Oversee the optimisation of the Blue Mar Tech platform Monday, Bloomreach CRM, App CMS, etc. to enable and execute customer engagement strategies, enhancing member engagement and driving overall business growth.
• Plan, optimise, and implement direct marketing automation campaigns(push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp to ensure personalised and relevant engagement with Blue members.
• Lead the in-app content strategy, implementation and management of Blue brands in the App aligned with Blue key business goals in collaboration with Product & Tech team
• Collaborate with the tech team to continuously optimize CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications and leveraging new features to improve customer engagement and insights.
• Lead the deployment of marketing-led user stories, bridging the gap between marketing and data teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
