Position Summary:

The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy for Al Marwan Development, overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role requires a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in real estate marketing, branding, digital strategies, and team leadership. The Marketing Head will work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Al Marwan Development’s brand position and market presence.
  • Lead and manage the marketing department, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.

Brand Development & Management:

  • Oversee the development of brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Create and implement brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and build long-term brand loyalty.

Digital & Traditional Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print media, events, and partnerships.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.

Advertising & Media Relations:

  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns (both digital and traditional), working with external agencies and media partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals to ensure maximum brand exposure.

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to drive conversions.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute high-profile events, such as property launches, trade shows, and client engagements, to promote the brand and foster customer relationships.
