Head of Operations – Egypt Cairo
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 EGP
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Summary
A proactive, energetic Operations Lead who will act as the executive arm and right hand to the Managing Director responsible for building and running the company’s Egypt operations across multiple healthcare projects
Key Responsibilities
1. Company Setup & Operations
• Lead establishment of the Egypt entity licenses, banks, legal, office setup.
• Build core departments: HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Marketing.
• Set up systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational structure.
2. Executive Support
• Translate MD instructions into action plans and ensure execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and daily/weekly updates.
• Coordinate priorities, tasks, and follow-ups across all departments.
3. HR & Recruitment
• Source and hire required staff HR, accounting, admin, technical.
• Manage onboarding, job descriptions, KPIs, and performance follow-up.
4. Project Management
• Support and manage healthcare projects clinics, pharmacies, labs, etc
• Track timelines, deliverables, vendors, costs, and quality.
• Conduct regular project status reporting.
5. Vendor & Partner Management
• Identify companies for website, domain, IT, marketing, and procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Build strong relationships with partners, hospitals, and agencies.
6. Finance & Administration
• Coordinate with accountants on budgets, reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee payments, invoicing, procurement, and administrative operations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (AUC, GUC, BUE, Ain Shams…).
• 2–5 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Excellent English & Arabic.
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, IT basics, digital platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking.
