The Head of Public Relations (PR) is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s communication strategies
to build and maintain a positive public image. This role involves managing all external communications, media relations,
and public affairs, ensuring that the company’s reputation is upheld across all platforms.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute PR strategies that promote the company’s brand, services, and initiatives.
• Lead media relations efforts, including cultivating relationships with journalists, preparing press releases, and
securing media coverage.
• Manage the company’s public image by monitoring media outlets and addressing any negative press or
misinformation.
• Oversee all public-facing communication, including press conferences, interviews, social media statements, and
public events.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging across all external
communications.
• Organize and oversee public events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to enhance the
company’s visibility and reputation.
• Monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to adjust PR strategies as needed.
• Manage the PR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
• Lead a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
