- Mechanical high skilled knowledge: Diesel + hydraulics
- Troubleshooting and select the priorities
- Good knowledge of Electrical appliances/power and the dangers of it
- Communication – English
- People management
- Multitasking – keeping the overview of repair jobs of different machines at the same time
- Keeping Safety, housekeeping and common sense approach in the works
- Lifting and basic rules in regards to it – for dismantling of the machine/renewal of cylinder/tires/tracks/...
