The Holiday Consultant will work as part of our team to provide comprehensive travel services to our clients. They will be responsible for planning the most suitable and enjoyable holiday packages, creating attractive promotional materials and actively participating in sales activities. The Consultant will help clients decide on the perfect holiday by listening to their needs and presenting available packages. They must stay current on new packages and deals that become available, be comfortable discussing pricing and rates with clients and promote the organization’s services.
Your responsibilities will be to
• Create personalized holiday packages to meetclients’ specifications and budget.
• Strong Knowledge of International Destinations specially Europe, CIS countries
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service to all inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
• Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their travel plans and package options.
• Discuss all travel options and costs to assist clients in selecting the most suitable package.
• Network with hotels and transportation companies to negotiate pricing.
• Manage online reservations systems.
• Remain updated on tourism-related news and developments.
