- Deliver daily cleaning services to all assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring pristine condition and strict adherence to established hygiene standards
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as required, maintaining consistent inventory levels
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a spotless and inviting environment
- Identify and report maintenance requirements, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
- Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security of guests and residents at all times
- Support laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storerooms in a safe, organized, and hygienic manner
- Comply with health and safety policies, including proper use of chemicals and personal protective equipment
- Assist with deep cleaning, room turnovers, and special housekeeping projects as directed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding courteously to guest and resident requests or concerns
