Deliver daily cleaning services to all assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring pristine condition and strict adherence to established hygiene standards
Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as required, maintaining consistent inventory levels
Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a spotless and inviting environment
Identify and report maintenance requirements, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security of guests and residents at all times
Support laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding as needed
Maintain cleaning equipment and storerooms in a safe, organized, and hygienic manner
Comply with health and safety policies, including proper use of chemicals and personal protective equipment
Assist with deep cleaning, room turnovers, and special housekeeping projects as directed
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding courteously to guest and resident requests or concerns
