- Orchestrate the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires from day one.
- Manage and maintain employee records related to QIWA, MUDAD, GOSI etc as per the KSA Labour laws, with meticulous accuracy, ensuring compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assist in the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring employees understand their options.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and efficiently, in collaboration with the finance department.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.
- Organize and maintain HR documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews and providing administrative assistance.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, leveraging your skills to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
