Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Support hiring requirements for other subsidiaries / group entities, coordinating recruitment activities as needed
• Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation • Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database (HRMS)
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Coordinate with PRO for Visa processing and Labour contracts
