Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and contract administration.
Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in compliance with labor laws and maritime laws.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for marine-specific roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, maritime regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and manage visa applications, work permits, and renewals for seafarers and shore-based employees.
Maintain records in line with compliance and audit standards.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs relevant to the marine industry.
Ensure certifications and competencies for seafarers are up to date.
