We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage and support core HR functions in our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and the capability to learn fast

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and HRMS with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee onboarding & offboarding procedures, including orientation, documentation, asset handover, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, Emirates ID, and MOHRE-related tasks.
• Compile and verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions for monthly payroll.
• Handle employee relations, address HR concerns, and provide guidance as per company policy.
• Participate in policy development and ensure implementation of HR processes and compliance.
• Process medical insurance applications, additions, deletions, and manage claims.
• Prepare HR reports for management, including manpower reports, leave balances, and recruitment updates.
