  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all information is kept confidential and up to date in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support HR initiatives by preparing reports, tracking employee attendance, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for HR documents, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR events, such as training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating effective communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Utilize HR software and tools to streamline processes, maintain databases, and enhance overall HR operational efficiency.
