Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing orientation materials, guiding them through necessary paperwork, and introducing them to company policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including overseeing deductions, overtime, and bonuses in accordance with UAE laws.
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service benefits.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations.
Prepare and submit all necessary government documentation, including work permits, visas, and labor contracts.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and other documentation.
Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other metrics for management review.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and goal-setting.
Assist in managing employee recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
