- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee Team Members performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and support to Team Leader and employees on HR-related issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs, employee engagement programs, including expiries & renewals, asset management, facilities management, and more.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
