Organise and prepare all new starter packs for new employees. • Assist in the planning and scheduling of training programs, workshops, and focus groups. • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking through our internal system , arranging materials, and managing registration. • Maintain and update training materials and resources. • Ensure that all training materials are accessible to the relevant parties.. • Collect feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs. • Generate reports on training activities and attendance for management review
