  • Support payroll processing by verifying time records, calculating deductions, and ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs, providing new hires with essential information about company policies and culture.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and forecasts, to assist management in strategic decision-making.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and workplace policies, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
