Responsible in all aspects of HR activities including – but not limited to – following activities:
· Assisting in job postings on various platforms
· Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
· Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates
· Assisting in preparing onboarding materials for new hires
· Updating and maintaining employee files and HR databases
· Assisting with data entry related to candidates & employees
· Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the HR department
· Providing general administrative support to the HR team
