Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain company's services to customers.
Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale customer support and order fulfilment.
Preparation of sales proposals, estimates and take offs.
Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilising your product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market.
Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth
Process and analyse feasibility assessments and/or all bid documents
In charge of developing new sales business and further develop the relationship with existing clients.
Developing sales plan to introduce product into new markets/industry sectors
Providing status reports on work as required, including sales forecast, maintaining accurate records on target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence.
