- Maintain and Control the quality of maintenance work(CM/PM) and endorse all performed service order
- Good trouble shooting knowledge of package unit, Ducted split unit, CCU, AHU, FCU, Mini split unit and Window AC
- Must be troubleshooting and rectifying problems independent
- Maintenance experience with Package unit ,Ducted split ,AHU,FCU,CCU ,Mini split and window unit. Knowledge of VRF/VRF unit will be advantage
- Ability of troubleshooting A/c equipment's controls
- Repairs or replaces defective parts , components, or wiring
- Knowledge of different type of HVAC spare parts.
- Ability to communicating in English and provide report of completion
- knowledge Health safety procedure at work site
