Join us and Make an Impact Job Scope: Responsible for robust estimation processes to deliver best in quality and cost competitive bids to make Sales successful and enable achievement of HBS regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities : • Estimation - Input study, customer requirement summary, generation of RFI s, device take-offs, Solution Design for Network and Server Environments, defining value engineered options, the right product selection and preparation of relevant BoQ, and costing. • Collaborate with different teams for integrating solutions that include WAN, LAN, Firewall, Wireless (Wi-Fi), Structured cabling, GPON based technologies, Industrial cabling and switching, along with Physical/ Virtualized Server and Storage environments. • Coordinate and lead Technical and Operational Risk Reviews. • Interact as a trusted advisor to SME s, Product Managers, Project Leads, ensuring a value engineered approach utilizing the industry best practices. • Proposals- Studying specifications and arrive at inclusion/ exclusion list, Technical qualifications/ assumptions/ deviations. • Technical submittals- Preparation of HLD and LLD architectures based on solution, Compliance documentation, evaluated RFP/ RFQ responses, as per regional requirements. • Knowledge of tools like Visio, PowerPoint, along with vendor tools like Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) and Wireless environment planners is an added advantage. • Commercial exposure- Vendor management, taxations. • Contributing and tracking the regional technical preferences on estimations, awareness of the product ranges, ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements. • Performing quality checks for the jobs. • Contribute towards establishing & standardization of new processes for cost optimization & cycle time reduction. • Sound Knowledge of business processes and systems. • Provide competitive insight from past opportunities and apply "lessons learned" to the assigned opportunities to generate effective counter strategies. Key Skills & Qualifications: • BE in related disciplines, preferably Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Electrical Engineering etc. • Work experience in relevant field Min 3-8 years. • Exposure to Building Management System (BMS), Fire, Security and ELV Systems. • Flexible Job working hours to suit regional requirements. • Working hours flexibility to meet deadlines. • Pre-sales process knowledge. • Ability to manage jobs and/ or projects to standards, budgets. • Value engineered approach in all the deliverables. • MS office (Excel & word) competency.
