We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with expertise in ForgeRock and Ping Identity solutions to join our growing team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient identity management solutions, ensuring seamless user authentication and access control across a variety of platforms and services.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Ping Identity and ForgeRock.
• Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock Open am, Ping Identity Platform.
• Expertise in identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Experience implementing single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
• Proficiency with role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
• Experience with cloud identity solutions, particularly in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in an IAM environment.
• Experience with API security and integration for identity management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications in Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingAccess) and/or ForgeRock.
• Familiarity with identity governance and administration (IGA) tools, particularly in conjunction with IAM platforms.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or SOC 2.
• Understandng of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in relation to IAM technologies.
• Experience with directory services and database management (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
