Core responsibilities Sales and client acquisition: Convert leads into clients through professional consultation and follow-up. Achieve monthly sales targets. Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to respond to inquiries. Identify new sales prospects and engage with them effectively. Client consultation and support: Counsel clients on immigration products, services, and the current visa laws and policies of various countries. Assess client profiles to evaluate their immigration eligibility and chances. Develop and implement customized immigration plans and strategies. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the process. Administrative and compliance tasks: Maintain accurate records of client data and sales activities. Prepare and submit regular sales and MIS reports. Ensure strict adherence to immigration laws and ethical standards. Facilitate the handover of cases to the processing team, maintaining communication with clients. Essential skills and qualifications Sales and business skills: Proven sales experience (preferably in immigration), strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Immigration knowledge: A strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and policies is crucial. Client management: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service. Organizational skills: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail to manage client information and follow-up schedules effectively.
