1.     Plan, coordinate, and oversee the import and export of vehicles.
2.     Negotiate contracts with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
3.     Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export laws.
4.     Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
5.     Resolve any supplier disputes or issues related to vehicle quality, delivery, or documentation.
6.     Develop and manage budgets for import and export operations.
7.     Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
8.     Ensure that all imported and exported vehicles meet quality standards and specifications.
9.     Prepare regular reports on import/export activities, including shipment status, costs, and compliance issues.
10.  Present findings and recommendations to the management.
