Design, configure, and deploy Fortra DLP and Fortra Data Classification solutions across enterprise environments.
Develop and implement data security policies for sensitive data protection.
Integrate Fortra DLP with existing security infrastructure (SIEM, IAM, CASB, etc.). Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and testing for new Fortra features and updates
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Fortra DLP and Data Classification.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical support for security incidents and events related to DLP policies.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Monitor and optimize Fortra DLP and Data Classification performance.
Conduct regular health checks, system audits, and fine-tuning of security rules.
Ensure patching and upgrades are performed to keep the system updated.
Maintain compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Define and enforce data loss prevention strategies across different channels (email, endpoints, cloud, etc.).
Work with compliance teams to align DLP policies with regulatory requirements.
Generate reports and metrics on DLP violations, risks, and trends.

Strong expertise in DLP policy creation, data classification, and enforcement.
Deep understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
Experience with incident response and forensic investigation related to DLP alerts.
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
Familiarity with security tools like SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), CASB, and IAM solutions.
Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to data protection.
Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell) experience is a plus.
