· Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, including Civil ,Fitout HVAC, MEP and safety systems.

· Carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems within the client’s facility.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment.

· Lead facility-related projects such as construction, renovation, or equipment upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

· Develop strategies to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency within the facility.
