Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems, steam boilers, chillers, unit packages, and industrial laundry equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all systems.
• Execute both corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment to prevent downtime and extend the life of the systems.
• Upgrade and install PLCs, VFDs, inverters, and other control systems.
• Program and modify control systems using C language and ladder logic.
• Work with PLC models from brands such as Delta (DVP series), LS (XGB series), Siemens (S7 series), and Allen-Bradley (MicroLogix series).
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members and clients.
