Key Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems, steam boilers, chillers, unit packages, and industrial laundry equipment.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all systems.Execute both corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment to prevent downtime and extend the life of the systems.Upgrade and install PLCs, VFDs, inverters, and other control systems.Program and modify control systems using C language and ladder logic.Work with PLC models from brands such as Delta (DVP series), LS (XGB series), Siemens (S7 series), and Allen-Bradley (MicroLogix series).Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical problems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.Provide technical support and training to other team members and clients.
