Job Description

 

• Application admin to maintain, update and enhance Business Excellence portal.
• Application super admin to maintain, update and enhance Integrated Management System online application.
• Application super admin to maintain, update and improve Innovation online application.
• Update of Business Excellence dashboard and initiatives timeline.
• Develop customer satisfaction survey.
• Coordinate ideation processes (idee submission, screening, and evaluation).
• Develop periodic statistic report.
• Manage Innovation Helpdesk.
• Coordinate closure of Innovation Cyber Security & Business Continuity audit findings.
• Participate as Internal Lead Auditor in Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Internal Audit.
