• Maintain and monitor Hyper-V virtualized environments for optimal performance and availability.

• Support and manage PBX systems for efficient communication across the organization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software issues efficiently.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance with IT policies.

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
