Manage and maintain the Active Directory (AD) environment, including user accounts, permissions, and organizational units (OUs).• Design, implement, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to ensure compliance and consistency across all IT systems.• Administer and optimize network infrastructure, including hardware, switches, and routers.• Configure and manage firewalls and VPNs to ensure network security and remote access.• Maintain and monitor Hyper-V virtualized environments for optimal performance and availability.• Support and manage PBX systems for efficient communication across the organization.• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and software issues efficiently.• Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance with IT policies.• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for support and upgrades.

Locating , calling, following up, and convincing Delinquent Customers. To negotiate and convert their payments, settlements and updating customer’s records.
