We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets while aligning efforts with overall company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales executives to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. SME Banking.
  • Set clear KPIs and sales goals that align with the company’s vision and strategic priorities.
  • Develop, manage, and convert a healthy sales pipeline by closing high-quality leads.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align on goals and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a leadership or team management role within sales.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
