Set clear KPIs and sales goals that align with the company’s vision and strategic priorities.Develop, manage, and convert a healthy sales pipeline by closing high-quality leads.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.Foster a high-performance culture through regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with other departments to align on goals and support cross-functional initiatives.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a leadership or team management role within sales.Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
