Job Overview
We are a growing restaurant group operating multiple outlets across the UAE. We are looking for
a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, POS systems, and technical
operations across our outlets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in networking, hardware troubleshooting, POS
systems, and IT support within the F&B industry, with the ability to respond quickly to operational
issues across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure
Configure and maintain routers, WiFi controllers, access points, L2/L3 switches, VLANs,
VPNs, firewalls, and IP phones.
Manage internet connections and coordinate with Etisalat for installations and
troubleshooting.
Perform Cat6 cabling, labeling, testing, and repairs.
Hardware & Systems
Install and troubleshoot servers, SQL databases, laptops, desktops, printers, and CCTV
systems.
Maintain antivirus systems, backups, shared folders, and FTP security.
Install and maintain sound systems including music and amplifier setups.
POS & Restaurant Systems
Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software across outlets.
Manage POS user accounts, licenses, and integrations with back-office systems.
Support QR menu systems, guest waiting applications, and other restaurant digital
solutions.
IT Administration
Manage email hosting and website hosting.
Create and manage staff email accounts and system access.
Manage Google Business pages and Maps listings for outlets.
Maintain asset management and IT documentation.
