- Work closely with the customer-side IT Team in handling all outages and critical incidences.
- Manage routine systems updates and patches.
- Classify tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Report to management any issues requiring escalation or participation from other teams (provisioning, support, infrastructure, or development).
- Handle customer data under applicable data privacy policies.
