- Provide prompt and effective technical support to real estate professionals, addressing hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, including but not limited to, computer systems, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
- Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to guarantee optimal performance, security, and availability of resources.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the company's systems and applications, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems on employee workstations, providing necessary updates and patches to enhance security and functionality.
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing proactive measures to identify and resolve potential threats and vulnerabilities, safeguarding sensitive company data.
- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software, evaluating vendor offerings, and providing recommendations based on business needs and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations, to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related topics, empowering them to utilize technology effectively and independently.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement new technologies, projects, and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
